Charged monthly, cancel at any time.
We charge our subscribers at 8am (AWST) on the 18th of each month. If you subscribe after the 18th, but before 8am (AWST) on the 25th, you'll be charged for next months package right away. Unfortunately subscriptions made after that date will have to wait another month to be charged for their first Tea Monthly. You're free to pause or cancel at any time, and we're always here to help if you have any questions.
Of course! We’ll be sorry to see you leave. Simply login using the 'My Subscription' link in our website footer, or the same link at the bottom of one of our monthly emails, and there you'll be able to pause or cancel your subscription. Cancellations should be made by 8am (AWST) on the 18th to avoid payment for next months Tea Monthly. We'd love to hear of any concerns or feedback you may have!
Subscribe by 8am (AWST) on the 25th of the month to receive next months package. We send TeaMonthly through Australia Post, and try our best to get tea in the hands of subscribers on the first of the month.
We source our tea from around the globe, tasting everything we find, using only the most delicious and interesting teas for our monthly subscription. We look for teas that are unique and full of amazing flavors, and work hard to make sure every month you receive new and interesting tastes.
Give family or friends a special moment by choosing to gift TeaMonthly. Each gift box is enclosed with a unique ribbon and is sure to make their month. Gifted subscriptions are automatically cancelled once the selected subscription period is over. We recommend getting a subscription at the same time, and sharing the tea experience each month.
